1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Spritey AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Spritey AI is the public name of this service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms for you.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for keeping your sign-in and API credentials secure, and for activity performed with those credentials. Do not share private artifact links or API keys. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your prompts, references, and files
You keep your rights in the prompts, reference images, and other material you submit. You grant Spritey AI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This includes sending generation inputs to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your material and to request the resulting work. Do not upload confidential material you are not authorized to share.
4. AI-generated output
Spritey AI uses third-party generative models. Output can be inconsistent, inaccurate, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended game. You are responsible for reviewing each artifact before publishing or distributing it.
As between you and Spritey AI, you may use generated artifacts for personal or commercial projects to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant model provider terms. Spritey AI does not promise that output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or eligible for trademark protection.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; create deceptive impersonations; exploit or sexualize minors; generate malware; evade access or safety controls; scrape or overload the service; resell account access; or interfere with another user. Spritey AI may block a request or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
6. Credits, subscriptions, and payment
Credits are service units used for generation and have no cash value. The app displays the estimated credit cost before a paid run. A generation stage that fails through the hosted workflow is designed to return its reserved Spritey credits automatically; a credit return is not the same as a cash refund.
Paid purchases are processed by the merchant of record identified at checkout. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and the amount due are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Additional rules appear in the Refund Policy.
7. Spritey AI property
The service, website, source code, branding, documentation, and interface are owned by Spritey AI or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service itself. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Availability and changes
Generation depends on third-party infrastructure and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Features, model providers, credit pricing, and limits may change. We will provide reasonable notice before a material change that negatively affects an active paid subscription when practical.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful or abusive activity, fraud risk, provider requirements, or threats to service security. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct the issue.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spritey AI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a particular generation result.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spritey AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Spritey AI’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above will change, and signed-in users may be asked to accept a material revision before continuing.
