1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
- Generation content: character prompts, action instructions, uploaded reference images, selected settings, generated anchors, videos, frames, sprite sheets, manifests, and result feedback.
- Usage and technical information: job status, credit activity, API-key metadata, device and browser information, IP address, logs, error reports, and security events.
- Billing information: product, payment status, customer and subscription identifiers, and transaction history. Spritey AI does not receive or store your complete card number.
- Support communications: messages and diagnostic information you choose to send us.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users; provide generation, storage, downloads, and API access; maintain credit and payment records; send requested service notifications; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose failures; support users; improve output quality and product reliability; and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
Prompts, reference images, and generation instructions are transmitted to third-party AI model providers to create requested assets. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential material unless you have authority to have it processed this way. Provider handling is also governed by the provider’s applicable privacy and service terms.
4. Providers and disclosures
Spritey AI uses service providers for authentication, web and application hosting, application databases, generation workers, private file storage and delivery, AI inference, transactional communications, customer support and security, and payment processing. These providers process information as needed to perform services for us, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
We identify a provider separately when its role materially affects your transaction or generation request. For example, checkout identifies the applicable merchant of record, and generation inputs may be routed to third-party AI providers and model operators as described above.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse or fraud, to protect the rights and safety of users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Artifact links and API keys
Generated artifacts are stored privately and delivered through short-lived, account-authorized links. Anyone who receives an active signed link may be able to access its file until the link expires, so treat those links as private. API-key secrets are displayed once and stored by Spritey AI only as cryptographic hashes.
6. Cookies and similar technology
Spritey AI and its authentication and hosting providers use cookies or local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, protect the service, remember preferences, and maintain session state. Any optional analytics introduced later will be disclosed and configured as required by applicable law.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and generation data are retained while needed to provide the service and maintain your run history. Security, billing, tax, and transaction records may be retained longer where required for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance. You may request account or artifact deletion by emailing support; some records may remain in backups or where retention is legally required.
8. Security
We use access controls, private object storage, short-lived download links, hashed API keys, authenticated routes, and provider-side security measures. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
9. Your choices and rights
You can update account preferences in the app and unsubscribe from optional run emails in Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity first.
10. International processing and children
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Spritey AI is not directed to children under 13. A minor may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian as described in the Terms.
11. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material revisions will be reflected in the effective date and may require renewed acknowledgement. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@spritey.ai.
